Fantastic vets with fabulous caring staff and amazing service. Tried the rest, now try the best. Moving to Jarden in Olney from another group owned vets in NP, was without doubt the best decision for Buddy’s health and us as a family in 2025.

Steve and the team at Jardens were fantastic when our puppy needed some emergency out of hours treatment. They were responsive, supportive and informative and reacted fast to ensure the risk to our dog was minimised.

They maintain clear communication before during and after the treatment, ensuring that our dog had the best care possible.

Jardens are a great asset to anyone with pets in the Olney area!

Wonderful all round! From the clean and calm spaces to the amazing staff, I felt super welcomed and relaxed. Steve, the nurse, is also the owner which I find incredible. He was open and so enthusiastic about what he and the team believe in when it comes to veterinary care, and it was just wonderful to hear such dedication – even from the language he uses, calling us “carers and companions” instead of “owners and pets” – LOVE IT! I’d highly recommend this practice!

I visited Steve and his lovely practice yesterday after following their journey of opening a new start-up. As a veterinary nurse myself, I know how important a welcoming team and calm atmosphere are for both carers and their companions, and Jarden Vets is exactly that and so much more.

The facilities behind the scenes are fantastic and clearly designed with both patient care and staff workflow in mind. Everything feels so organised and thoughtfully planned.

What stood out the most, however, was Steve himself. He is genuinely one of the kindest and most passionate people I have ever met in this profession. You can instantly tell how much he cares for every companion that walks through the door, treating them with the same care and compassion as if they were his own.

If you are looking for a veterinary practice where your pet will be treated with genuine care, kindness and respect, this is truly the place. 🤍

Amazing vets, the clinic is spotless and a calming environment. The staff are fantastic and you certainly don’t feel that you are paying exorbitant prices. The veterinary advice I’ve been given since moving across to Jarden has been second to none. I would highly recommend them, a great asset to Olney.

What can I say apart from absolutely amazing,I have been to jardens a few times within the last 2 months and each time me and my dog have always been welcome,All staff are very friendly and welcoming,Everything to do with my dog is explained thoroughly.The practice is very clean and welcoming.Overall an amazing practice.A breath of fresh air to Olney.Would highly recommend.

A really nicely set up, well presented practice with truly comprehensive clinic facilities, a great fresh and friendly feeling as well as good, easy parking (very useful!). It is welcome to see a well run practitioner-owned local vets clearly focused on patient care provision for Olney and the surrounding areas.

Jarden Vets have been nothing short of outstanding in the way they cared for my cat, who has a liver shunt. It’s rare to find a veterinary team who genuinely listen, understand the complexity of the condition, and approach everything with such empathy and kindness.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were gentle, reassuring and incredibly patient. They didn’t rush us at any point. they took the time to hear every concern, ask thoughtful questions and make sure my cat felt comfortable and safe. That alone meant the world.

The vet was amazing: knowledgeable, compassionate, and so attentive to the small details that really matter with a cat who needs specialist care. The way they handled the situation gave me complete confidence, and I left feeling supported, informed and genuinely looked after.

Jarden Vets in Olney are absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked through the door, the whole experience felt like a breath of fresh air. The team were warm, polite and genuinely welcoming – you can feel straight away that they care deeply about both the animals and the people who walk in with them.

The practice itself is spotless: clean, tidy, calming and thoughtfully laid out. The atmosphere has such a positive, reassuring energy that it instantly puts you at ease.

Our vet was amazing – unbelievably compassionate, patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, treated us with empathy, and showed the kind of care that’s rare to find these days. The whole team worked together beautifully, and it’s clear that this is a practice built on passion and professionalism.

Just signed up my dog and gone for our first appointment and the whole team made both me and her feel so welcome and valued! She has a few existing health problems and the team have been so fantastic coming up with a plan that works for both of us. Lovely place with lovely staff, you can really tell how much they care about your pet and my little lady loved it there as well!
